I'm watching this just now. Was rather disturbed by the first girl behind reception who managed to get through life without seemingly having to had to greet a customer?!

She was totally out of her depth and looked very bad she wasn't even prepared to try. Doesn't look good for her cv!

God even worse if she went thro Uni and didn't even leave with basic life skills

We wanted to watch this, but the builders have put scaffolding up blocking our satellite signal, and we've got no external aerial wire to the roof one anymore so we're telly-less for the next week or so.
