Has anyone used Zylkene (new) for noise fear, in particular fireworks.

I am considering getting some Zylkene for Fudge this year to help with bonfire night.I am aware i need to be pretty quick so that she can have them for a couple of days prior to the weekend.

has anyone used these before or have any extra knowledge other than is on their site?

Thanks in advance.

I would also be interested. It's really expensive for large breeds, but if it works, I'd give it a go.

I have heard a lot of positive things about them and was considering them for Ollie but would of needed a mortgage for the amount for him.

I have got Serene-Um for large breeds quite a bit cheaper still not that cheap though and the recommended dose is 3 tablets 3 times daily for large breeds. I gave him 2 on Friday and 3 on saturday for Halloween and loads of people knocking and knowing there would be fireworks going off and he was really calm and even went into the front garden for his bedtime wee and stood watching them in the distance unheard of. Normally he would of been in the house like a shot.

I am going to start dosing him again tomorrow for Friday and the weekend.

Just looked on a site that sells them.

Dosage is dogs 10 to 20 kg 1x275mg tablet.
20 to 40kg 1x450mg tablet.
