Out & About

Today as the weather was nice I decided to walk into Worthing with the boys.

We walked along the beach/coast road into Worthing and it was lovely. Met up with a few other dog walkers with the same idea.

Stopped off in town and had a hot chocolate (scrummie) and saw another ruby cavalier bitch who came over to say "hello".

Then on the way back we got some fish for tea from the fishermen on the beach. Came home cooked the fish for the boys who woofed it down and are now asleep at my feet.

We were out for about 3 hours, and we all feel totally satisfied zzzzzzzzzz Just wanted to share our lovely day with you all x

That sounds like the perfect day out!! I am sure you are all nicely tired now! How lovely to buy fish like that, we have miles of beaches near us, but there are no fishermen selling fish!!, and even in our town there is no fishmongers! strange! xx

Yes it was a spontaneous decision best way! Really hard to motivate yourself sometimes in the winter months. My boys get lots of "off lead" exercise so I wanted to lead walk them and they were brill

What a lovely day
We can go to the harbour and buy fish here, but I am the only one who eats it.
My hubby fishes off the breakwater and comes home with mackrell and occasionally pollack but he won't eat it
A fine day is forecast here for tomorrow, I think a walk on the beach instead of the woods would be nice
Glad you enjoyed your day Trixiebirdie

Ooooh sounds so lovely, and its such a nice satisfied tired feeling when you have a day like that.

Im really jealous now, Ive been stuck in work today looking out of the window wishing I were elsewhere with the dogs.

Managing to get out an hour early but will still have missed the best of the daylight and sunshine.
