looking for lab

hi everyone i am looking for a chocolate lab. in the west midlands and close to coventry. it can be any sex, under 5 would be better and has to be good with young children and with other dogs and cats.

have you tried any shelters? dogs trust, or many tears?

Why don't you check out choc Lab breeders... A lot of breeders rehome dogs and bitches who are no longer useful or not up to standard.

thank you for the advise lene i have now looked on dog breeders and have found a dog for rehoming and i have
e-mailed them. i will keep everyone posted. all of you have been alot of help and i would really like to thank you all!!

like i ahev said i have found a dog and need help they have e-mailed me back and it turns out charlie is free (charlie is the dog i found) but he is in nottingham and has epilepse and i knoe need help to make that important call to give him a place in my heart for him. i think i know what i am going to do but i would like other peopels oppinion.

contact your vet, ask their advice, and about medication etc. and check with insurance too incase they wont pay for treatment if there is a known problem.
if you have the time and the commitment, then taking on this dog would be great, because otherwise he would be hard er to rehome
