Here are the foalies! So Cute! We've got 4 at the moment! None of them have names yet!

Black Colt! He's turning grey now! He's about 2 months old!


With his Mum Marina!


Filly! Only pic I've got of her, its not the best, she's quite shy and never stands still long enough!! She's a week younger than Black Colt!


Grey Colt! He's looking a bit browner at the moment though!! He's about a month/month and a half old! He's also a kicker, likes to double barrel, or aim one hind leg at you, I've not been hit yet, but he aims in the right area!!!


Filly Foal! Apparently she's the only one that isn't going to go grey, she'll be mouse dun, like her Mum Matilda, she's 2/3 weeks old and oh so very friendly!!

Thank you! Thats the yard manager that the filly is nibbling on, we were worried she couldn't suckle, she is Matilda's first foal and her udder hasn't dropped very well, so we were milking her to encourage it to drop and keep a stock of her milk in case we had to feed friendly!

Aren't they just!! Can't wait for foal 5 to arrive now!!

Will the black foal eventually be completely grey then?

I'm so lucky to have my job and be able to help with these guys, I was the first person to put a halter on the black colt, one of the first to see him go out in the field! They are all such a lovely introduction to the world of broodmares and foals!

He will be completely grey, his bum has already started and he's got loads of grey hairs around his eyes!

He's much bigger than he is in the pictures as well. I'll try and get a new pic of him when I'm next down there!

Oh my Gawd they are beautiful! I'd be tempted to call the black one Black Beauty cause of the star. But he's going grey so that won't really match him
