Transferring files form pc to mobile

I have brought a new phone sony ericsson k6081 with usb lead and i am trying to transfer music, pic files from computer to phone and vice versa only had the phone last night but so far i'm lost lol i have downloaded kazaar and i have mp3 files stored in media player but cant work out how to send them

I desperately need some ring tones lol.

And i also want to be able to take pics and send them to my computer so i can show you them please help lol.

have you installed your phone software for doing it

Yeh done that Leo i have worked out how to transfer pics but still cant work out how to transfer music files.

I got a little programe that will let you upload stuff to your mobile like ringtones and pictures

Would you mind sharing then leo please

Ive got a K750 and to put music into my phone I plug the phone into the usb and click on my computer and go into the drive E (I think that is the phone) if you open the files there will be a folder for mp3s I just copy and paste my music into it.

Not sure if there is an easier way but that way works for me
