New £20m sports centre - lovely new pool - very relaxing!

I don't mean to bring this back from the dead but I was wondering if anyone was listening to the new Scottish Government plans? They are pushing the apprenticeship (as was posted earlier) in hopes relieving some of the economic decline.

I was wondering what your thoughts are on this? I figured its an interesting dichotomy to how its being done in England. I'm trying to find an outline of their plans online but I guess it's too soon since the announcement to post.
