My neice is staying over tonight for the first time!

My 5 year old neice is staying over tonight for the first time. She kept asking me when she could have a sleepover at ours, and OH isn't coming home tonight from work so said she can stay tonight and sleep in our bed with me.

Got the pizza and chocolate buttons and will be girlie with her and paint her nails. I might be run ragged by tomorrow lunchtime but she is worth it!

And if she gets scared and wants to go home, her house is only 30 secs away in the car.

she's still going strong, no sign of being tired and doing gymnastics on the bed!

There was no lie in for me - 5.30 she woke up and despite letting her have her breakfast in bed - honey cheerios - she wanted to go downstairs at 7.30.

On the good side, I was up that early for a Saturday, I was able to wash all the dogs cushions and quilts from the kennel, so at least that it is all fresh for a couple of weeks.
