I have only ever been bitten once.. but it was a doozy!!

A GSD went for Seiko..and got me instead..

I was walking past this dog.. it was on my right side.. I was pushing CJ in her buggy and Seiko was on my left side.. It lunged between me and the buggy to get to him but got my knee.. punctured the skin very badly and the owner just shrugged his shoulders and walked away

Chased down the road and biten on the bum by a boarder collie as a child. i was on a bike at the time. i was then bitten by an angry lab who had broken into our garden to rape one of my inseason girlies.

I was seriously bitten by a lab/chow as a child. The wound required sutures and later surgery. The dog was chained up its entire life to a tree. The dog could do nothing to defend itself from roaming dogs and had nothing to do all day but develop fierce territorial aggression. I was at a church picnic (it was the pastors dog) and the pastors son thought it would be funny to let "tipper" off his chain. He honed in on me and took me down by the knee. There were lots of people around to pull the dog off or I'm certain the injuries would have been much more serious.

Breeding had nothing to do with that dog biting me. It was his living situation.

Despite this incident, I have never been afraid of dogs.
