Lucy, Labrador Cross, DOB 14.02.06

Lucy, Labrador Cross, DOB 14.02.06

Her Story: Viva Espana! Lucy's owner helped out with a Spanish Rescue when living there. Lucy and her litter brother were the only survivors of a stray litter and 'came to stay'! Lucy however has always been very affectionate and made it clear she would have much preferred to have been an only dog. Returning to live in England they have decided to see if they couldn't find that perfect home for her so her brother can relax in their love and attention.

Homing Requirements: Lucy needs to be an only dog as her temperament has always been focused towards being foremost in her owners attention. Walks well on the lead. Off lead in appropriate settings, but can very occasionally be too busy to come back..eventually does! Sleeps in her bed in the bedroom.

Advert: Lucy is a wonderful dog. Well accomplished in every area of her life. She is loved by her family. She lives with her litter brother, welcomes dogs into her home and mixes well with dogs outside. She is house trained, crate trained and travels well in the car. She has not lived with young children, but welcomes children and people of all ages. She loves her garden and is a special dog to interact with and have fun.

Lucy has always put her brother in his place as only a 'sister or mother' can. He is a sensitive dog and this causes him stress. This is the only dog she behaves like this with and sadly her brother is almost the more nervous for it having had this from his sister most of his life. When apart, her brother is able to freely achieve a more affectionate status in the family and looks more relaxed. Never intentionally seeking to have 2 dogs Lucy's family decided that when they returned to England, they would see if her attitude continued and if it did they would look for a lovely family for her ...Lucy being the easier dog of the 2. Could you offer Lucy her 'only dog' status in the knowledge she mixes well with dogs both in the house and outside.

***PLEASE NOTE: We are a rescue finding dogs their forever homes. We usually ask for a minimum donation of £150 at the time of adoption, for each dog, to help us continue helping homeless dogs***.

Lucy is still waiting for her forever home ...

Homing Requirements: Lucy is a crossbreed from Spain who was taken in as a pup and has a forthright personality and very adoring towards her people. She would like to be an only dog as her temperament has always been focused towards being foremost in her owners attention. Walks well on the leadm & Off lead in appropriate settings but can be too busy to come back..eventually does! Sleeps in her bed in bedroom.

Her Story: Viva Espanola! Lucy's owner helped out with a Spanish Rescue when living there. Lucy and her litter brother were the only survivors of a stray litter and 'came to stay'! Lucy is very affectionate and made it clear she would have much preferred to have been an only dog. Returning to live in England she was rehomed as an only pet but after just over 3 weeks her new family hsave decided she is not for them. She is now looking for a new home.

Advert: Lucy is a wonderful dog. Well accomplished in every area of her life. She was loved by her family. She lives with her litter brother; welcomes dogs into her home and mixes well with dogs outside. She is house trained; crate trained and travels well in the car. She had not lived with young children until 3 weeks ago but welcomed grandchildren children and people of all ages. She loves her garden and is a special dog to interact with and have fun.

Lucy is a 4 year old crossbreed who has moved to Britain with her family and is a little will full but lovely with it. Lucy needs a family who are comfortable around a dog who is savvy and yet considerate; active and yet settles easily. Fun and friendly sums Lucy up!
