Digestive problems

My seven-year-old schnoodle suffers from both gastritis and pancreatitis. When the morning comes when she won't eat or drink water and her abdomen is obviously hurting, I don't know how to tell one condition from the other and thus know what to do next. Anyone else dealing with this?

Firstly, what is a 'schnoodle'....? I'm guessing it's a Poodle X?

Really sorry that I can't offer any advice re the health issues, just wondering what your vet says?

I was thinking maybe Poodle x Schnauzer??

I have no advice to offer, sorry I'm sure others who can will be along soon.
