Any hikers out there that belong to clubs?

Hi there

Just wondering if there were any dogwebbers who belonged to any hiking clubs in Britain?

If you do, may I ask what clubs you belong to, what they specialise in and whether you recommend them?

We're looking for a club that has a good mix of ages and not only enjoys day walks but also do weekend expeditions and trips around Europe for a bit of alpine treks.
