We take all of them if we go anywhere they can come for the day.

Though we may have to start leaving Cassie at home if there are going to an event with lots of dogs on leads as she gets a bit grumpy.

If it's game fairs I take just Flynn and leave the collies at home since the collies go to pieces at the sound of the clay pigeon shoot or the dummy launchers and it's not fair to drag them along.

If it's a doggy event like a fun dog show or Dogs Unleashed etc then I take all of them with me, even if I go alone. It can be quite tricky if you are alone and want to enter just one dog in something because then you have to figure out what to do with the others.

I've only been to a few, 2 with Leanne, 1 with Leanne and Katie and 1 on my own.

The first one with Leanne was dogs unleashed and I just took Sadie. I wasn't so sure Louie would deal with it all..

The second one was Chatsworth show - so naturally I took the one that would fit in more, Louie. (and I didn't have Sadie that week) he behaved alright and didn't drag me everywhere.

We went to a small local dog show I took Sadie, Louie and Missy but Katie handled Missy (because she likes the Little dog)

And the one where I was on my own, I just took Louie.

I think it depends on the show for me, there would be no way I'd take Benjie - he'd just get too stressed out and it wouldn't be fair on him. Louie'll be visiting a few game keepers fairs and country shows this year - I am determined to get into everything gundog.

Depends what it is really. If it just a walk on my own at the beach for example then I used to take them all, although Flame is a bit too old and arthritic now for that, so I would take the three.

However, if it is a group walk then I usually just take two, or even just one and leave the others at home - it usually depends on who I am going on the walk with - and I have on occasion taken four.

If it is an event or suchlike then I would probably just take one or two at the most.

Always used to take them to any horse who we were doing, they could always be left in the horse box if they got a bit tired or we were a bit busy

We sometimes take all three, but other times we just take one. Reason is really just to get them used to being away from each other, I wouldn't want them to get too used to being with each other so it would make them pine for each other.

For me it really depends.

Zara does like dog shows etc... So I don't take her. Although I will take her camping, dog friendly hotels, beach...

I normally take Maisty or Matty when it comes to dog shows, both of them or one at a time.
However I normally take Maisy when it involved OB shows.

I have also took Maisy camping and to dog friendly hotels. Matty would also love the above, but she has been in season when we were going.

I can take up to 4 dogs on one walk, my GSD, both WHT and my brother’s Yorkshire terrier pup. I like to do road work and socialising walks into the town centre.
Last week I took my GSD and the westies into a busy town centre on a Saturday and they were so well behaved.
