It's okay I just read a sleep walking site and they said sleep walkers can even get dressed and drive cars. Phew - no shocks for the neighbours.

If you read in the papers about a naked red head driving around in the early hours, you'll know it it is.

Hey Lucky Star-join the club!

I've been sleepwalking since a child (im 34 now) and it hasnt gotten any better as i got older.Sometimes i wake up in various room of house,but more often-i remember my excursions the next day.It dont worry me cause im used to it,but sometimes i wake up in the morning quite tired and possibly im doing housework in my sleep!

I havent left the house yet and dread waking or being woken up outside...
