Started Sleepwalking
Last night I, apparently, leapt from my bed and knelt down and when asked what I was doing I said, "praying." Then I went back to bed laughing my head off. I didn't remember it.
I've also got up and walked around twice in the last year too and not remembered it.
Last night was funny (only I would 'sleep pray'
) but I'm a bit worried. I don't think I've ever done this before in my life. Any idea what causes it?

ive read somewhere that reading a book or magazine b4 bed is a good idea rather than tv just before bed, and dont eat after 8pm. might work?
reading a book helped me

no serousley you should go to bed with a clear mind or try to if you have it to often i would get a consultant to find the reason why
