Started Sleepwalking

Last night I, apparently, leapt from my bed and knelt down and when asked what I was doing I said, "praying." Then I went back to bed laughing my head off. I didn't remember it.

I've also got up and walked around twice in the last year too and not remembered it.

Last night was funny (only I would 'sleep pray' ) but I'm a bit worried. I don't think I've ever done this before in my life. Any idea what causes it?

hm dont know. Ive been having something similar to that recently, but its more waking up and still dreaming and seeing really scary stuff

ive read somewhere that reading a book or magazine b4 bed is a good idea rather than tv just before bed, and dont eat after 8pm. might work?
reading a book helped me

I know - it's funny. I was so tired this morning because of it. I just hope I don't go off down the street one night - and that if I do I'm wearing clothes. :smt043
