yipee got pysio

well i am happy today as i have got phsio for my shoulder at last ......3 sessions a week starting in a weeks time ............I have been having hydra jabs twice a week for 5 weeks but it has done nothing to help just made my arm feel dead..I have a trapped nerve in my shoulder and its been agony so looking forward to treatment starting although i know the first few weeks are gona be tough

Good luck with the physio, i have trapped nerves in both my hands awful isn't it! Hope your soon feeling better.

aww good luck inca with the physio i had physio a few years ago i fell down a pot hole and damaged the top of my arm when i went i had heat pads put on the shoulder but 3yrs down the line my arm is still the same it clicks and comes out of the joint so i have to have it pulled back into place

i had to have physio when i got snap neck . hope its all ok for you . my physio therpist is lovely . i see her all the time shes always fitting me for new types of walking sticks ,,

i used to have physio on my knees and it really did help,, good luck with it,, let us know how you get on
