Must admit - I thought pregnant too.
How long has this been going on for? Could it be a virus? Anaemia? The doc can organise blood tests for you to find out.

Try vitamin C 1000mg and ginko daily is very good. Could be recent events or a virus, viruses can be underlying for months and hard to shake off. Could also be mild hayfever at this time of year. If it persists I would see your GP.

Just a quickie Gems dont take iron if there is a possibility you could be pregnant, even if its a small chance. Do as Archaeopath says and go to the doctors.

Don't wanna scare you Gems but incredible-can't do a thing- tiredness is a classic early pregnancy thing.................................
Worth shelling out for a test?
If negative I'd say go with the anaemia thing.
take care x

I personally would go to the doctors and get a FBC done.Best to rule out the possibility of a thyroid problem,it will also tell you if you are anaemic.

Gems, ask your doctor for a thyroid test. Lethargy and an increased appetite are exact symptoms and its VERY common in all ages.
Dawn.
