I do have a nap in the afternoon. I wait until the babes are down for their naps and then lie down on the couch to watch TV but always end up falling asleep.

i do if i can, im on heavy duty meds that knock me for 6. so i normally have at least an hours rest. as in actully get into bed n sleep if not im falling asleep by 9pm. and then i dont sleep at night anyway, so have to have my catch up kip dont i??

well i could....... esp on the way home about 4 it hits me except im on the bus and could get off at the wrong stop or end up in town again............no i havent done it yet.

Yeah I've always needed an afternoon nap, even when I was at school. Don't often get it these days.

I sleep all the time I can sleep all day and then go to bed and sleep all night I can drop off anytime anywhere and still be knackered (Par for the course i s'pose i have ME you see)

I've been having an afternoon nap for as long as I can remember! I even went to the docs about it once coz all my mates were taking the Mick out of me, and he said it was really good for me if I could do that,so I just carried on!! I doze for 40 mins. 20 mins. each side! Lol! Funny, coz they say 40 winks don't they?!!!! I have a 2nd wind when I get up and get loads of things done which I just couldn't do if I hadn't had the nap
