Happy New Day!

Hello Dog People! How wonderful to have a place to relate to other dog lovers! Coworkers and friends just don't get it...
I've been a dog lover forever--I studied breeds in my 28-page illustrated "Big Book of Dogs" at 7 years old. It's the only book I've saved from my childhood. My current dog is Murf, a 75 pound mixture of border collie and who knows what else. This guy is soooooo smart, and so perceptive. I'm full of questions, so you folks get ready!

Welcome! You sound like I did as soon as I could read I got books from the library on dogs and cats and different breeds and small animals too, all the other kids were reading stories, I was so odd, lol! Glad to find people on my wavelength here, you are right, co-workers and pals just don't get it!
