Gorden has arrived safely in Almaty.

He said thing is the shambles start again there was no one at the airport to meet him as there should of been so it was lucky that he knew how to order a taxi licensed he checked.
He is counting himself lucky the hotel were expecting him.

This is the bigger organisation there. Funny how the little regions can cope but when it comes to the bigger ones they are as useful as a chocoalte fireguard.
Another complaint amongst all the others he has with regards to this end and Almaty.

Still he is safely there and has a bed and warm room so that will do for now.

OMG poor Gordon, it is hard being stuck in a country where you don't know the language and relying on other people, but when they let you down and you are, for all intents and purposes, stranded, it is the thin end of the wedge. Hope he makes it to the airport. Thank goodness for a comfy bed and warm room, although can't wait to hear what dinner is

He said he had a warm meat roll on the plane and a mars bar so may not eat he is tired now.
He has already emailed the chap in charge over here re: the taxi problem and let him knowh is very cross about it. There is also a meeting before he flies for home so he will be having his say about that too.

Glad to hear Gorden is on his way home now. I guess you won't be on here much for a few days after tomorrow.
