We homed a 10 year old springer from Chiltern Dog Rescue and she was the most lovely, gentle affectionate little lass you could wish for, with perfect manners. The sad part is the shorter time you have them for, but we had a lovely 2½ years with Jessie and I think she appreciated being with us too.
