Ouch ouch ouch. !!!!!

Have twisted my back at the bottom same place as I had problems with in March.

My own stupid fault Ollie decided to grumble at the little Bedlngton Terrier we see some weekends he usually is fine with him. Instead of telling him to sit and wait I just grabbed him by the handle on his harness and he pulled and I twisted.

Had 2 Voltorol hope they help soon.

Back pain is just the worst isn`t it? It hurts every time you move and makes you tense which makes it worse. Warm bath, painkillers, rest. Get someone else to wait on you.

Thanks all. It is getting to the point of it doesn't matter whether I am sitting, standing, moving about or what it keeps going into spasm. Painkillers not done much as yet.

Claire its horrible isn't it I feel like I want to relax it but it won't let me. Gorden is waiting on me today. I shall be bored soon I can't do what I want to do.

Sorry for the whingeing it is helping to whinge.

Thankyou at the moment it is really painful but as Gorden has just pointed out it would be a lot worse if I wasn't taking the painkillers.

It must be bad I am letting him put the washing out.
