Anybody Use Mail-merge for envelopes?

Hi, can anybody help me please with the mail-merge envelope wizard in word? I have yet another 100 envelopes to type out, and I can't seem to fathom it out properly and end up deleting the address each time after printing to type my next one, as whenI bring up a new one from the bar at the top I get something completely differnt and have to go through the process of going thru the wizard again. I need to know if I can type my 100 envelopes off on the pc, and then press a magic button to print them all out afterwards, as it's such a labouring process the way I am doing it and it must be a cack-handed way knowing what I'm like! Lol! Just thought there might be someone out there who uses Mail merge on a regular basis and can tell me how I can do this easily? Hope so! Thanks.

Create and print envelopes for a mass mailing
1.On the Tools menu, point to Letters and Mailings, and then click Mail merge Wizard.
2.Under Select document type, click Envelopes.
The active document becomes the main document.

3.Click Next: Starting document.

Once you done that it will ask if you want to use a existing doc or a new one

Create a new envelope

Click Change document layout.

Click Envelope options.

In the Envelope Options dialog box, select the options you want, such as the envelope size, and then click OK.

Click Next: Select recipients.

Locate or create a data source, and then select recipients

Do one of the following:

Connect to a Microsoft Outlook Contacts List

Under Select recipients, click Select from Outlook contacts.
Click Choose Contacts Folder.
In the Select Contact List folder dialog box, click the contact list you want, and then click OK.
All of the contacts in the folder appear in the Mail Merge Recipients dialog box, where you can refine the list of recipients to include in the merge.

Thanks Leo! I do everything up to half way through your list, but when I use the box (instead of the actual big envelope on the screen) it seems to lose the addresses I've typed, so I then resort back to the one big envelope type an address, print, delete the address and retype the next one. I will have a go tomorrow at the above and see if I can suss out exactly what I want, as I need to just keep typing addresses and then finally click on print to print out all the envelopes in one go, instead of after typing every single address, if you see what I mean! I know what I mean, it's just trying to get it across! Many, many thanks Leo for your trouble you have been a great help and I'll give this a go tomorrow.

Lol! Not at this time of night Leo - the pc would be taking flying lessons out the window the mental state I'm in at the end of a hard working day! Will do it tomorrow after a good night's rest I think!
