I have just managed to eat half a can of spaghetti....small step but at least it is a start!! Yay for me....was a tad naughty, gave the girls a bit of spaghetti in their dinner, they really like it

I don't know TW...I have been having problems sleeping for a couple of months, loss of appetite, low mood and weight loss....all of which are indicators for my disease kicking off, my last lot of bloods weren't too bad though....maybe it is all stress and anxiety....never had that before in my life! I also keep bursting into tears at the slightest thing, my mate was nice to me in the pub last night and I started crying like a proper girl....that just isn't me at all, I have lost a stone in 4 weeks....but I needed to lose weight anyway

Oh Griff,its all built up inside of you, all the worry about your illness not taking a blind bit of notice of what meds you're taking and then this with Steve.You are feeling very down at present, and who can blame you. I wish I had a magic wand that I could wave over you and make you better
