Well I hope it does get better I have had back problems, the doctors used to say lie down and don't move but current thinking seems to be don't lie down and do keep moving, neither method offers a cure, as others above have said it often just 'goes' and suddenly you are walking around perfectly normal. Watching an episode of Silent Witness on Drama, and the guy who plays Tim, Sally's husband in Corrie, is in playing a detective, only he is exactly the same as Tim in Corrie, no change to him at all

It is me who says not TW....I amvery hard and quite uncaring, got me through life that has and now things are becoming different...he has just called me to say goodnight as I said he needed to up his game earlier lol bless him

Bit puzzled about the bad back being sciatica, think its your legs and hip area that get it, probably wrong I'm no doctor.

I know when my dad gets sciatica it is his bum and leg that annoy him lol
Trying to get hold of an iPod touch 4th generation so we can so this face time thing so the doesn't end up with a whopping great mobile bill
