Part of the Norfolk beach




This is from the campsite I stay at in Norfolk, pine woods in the distance.

I've really loved seeing all these photos. My 'favourite' walks change with the seasons here (being over 40deg for months in high summer) and sometimes my favourites are not the same as my dog's favourites!

I am so lucky to have the Kition Salt Lake at the end of my road and for us to have it to ourselves almost every time we are there. The view across to the Hala Sultan Tekke Mosque anytime of year and the thousands of migrating flamingos in winter are to die for. So peaceful to be there and watch the sun go down behind the mountains. I also enjoy getting out before sunup and watching it rise over the sea.

My dog's favourite walks are ANYWHERE there are lots of people and other dogs! This could be on the wasteland just 20yards from my apartment, on the wide dirt path between the aqueduct and the farmed land (also just metres from my apartment) or even to my local shop in the next road where they make SUCH a fuss of her..

Glad it isn't just me, I'm not much better even if I have a map

I LOVE exploring and have no problems going to new walks on my own. I think my sense of direction is pretty good, thankfully

Can't you stick a mobile home on your land and keep me there as your pet or something??

Meeting up with your pals on the dirt path at the side of our block adjacent to the farm land (her favourite and a daily treat - time changes according to season - evening in summer and mornings in winter)

Wondering if she could make it to the other side when there IS water in it!
