My first computer was back in the '80s.
It didn't play games ( I had one of those black and white ping pong things for that ) I used it in conjunction with my amateur radio.

Atari 800XL apparently. I remember you had to load the games on the tape thingy and they took aggggggges and made that horrible noise. I remember me and my dad writing a game from a magazine once, took sooooooo long.

Yea I used to do that, pages and pages of basic....and just one wrong typ and the whole thing was wasted. grrrrrrr all that work to get a stick man to walk across the screen. lol
