I Don't forget things i just say the same thing over and over again. The stuff i need to do on that day i read my list say it out load then read and say it out loud again & again & again & again. My OH says you just said that it's the only way i can think of to get thro the day with the stuff i got to do.

aww foxy dont worry i'm the same and i'm 21 I go upstairs and forget what I wne up for, I watch a whole tv program, go to make a cuppa and forget what I just watched!

It's nothing to worry about, things stored in your short term memory never stay there very long anyway. As for the cheque signing, I filled in a load of entry forms at the weekend for open shows in my area, and I couldn't remember signing the cheques, so I opened the envelopes back up to find I had signed them after all!
