Worst Television Advert On At The Moment?

What's the advert you dislike the most that is currently running on television.

Mine is the Clover butter ad....who are they kidding to think butter makes the world a better place

Mine is the thing advertising Zane Lowes show on Radio 1. They usually play it on BBC1 just before Neighbours and after CBBC. It does my head right in.

Just about ALL of them! But most of all, the ones which make a virtue out of a necessity, like the ads for car loans. They trumpet on about how they give you time to change your mind, as if it was a noble act of generosity - when a cooling-off period is actually a legal requirement in any credit agreement.

Also, I'm unimpressed by companies who jump on the bandwagon of someone else's success - like Macdonald's, advertising kids' meals "in celebration" of the latest family film release.

On the other hand, there was one a few years back (can't remember the product, it was that effective!) which had hordes of dogs running free over the countryside. There were some criticisms regarding individual dogs looking scared, but in the main, it just looked good to see so many dogs looking as though they were having a lot of fun running about!

There was one a while back that backfired - for Radion washing powder, which implied that if you used any other brand of powder, your clothes would stink. As a result, we have never used the stuff at all!

As for Clover, who are they kidding that it tastes remotely like butter? It's just artificial grease.

Oh Iv remembered another I hate. The one for Lynx deodorant. Where the bloke is lying on a bed whilst his girlfriend pole dances round a hat stand he has sprayed with it.

What utter rubbish and far to sexual to my mind for an ad.

The Toucan Tele ads in the CSI strand:

"South American bird, six letters, begins with T" - if it were "The Weakest Link", the answer would be "fish"

Yeah I have trouble guessing which is the coat/hat rack and which is her.
