***Normandy Weekend Lots of Pictures***

We arrived home last night around 10.30pm after a very enjoyable weekend. Although the weather wasn't fantastic it didn't dampen the weekend!!

I have posted pictures from Omaha Beach, Pointe Du Hoc, Bayeux, Caen. the American Cemetery was such an unforgettable feeling of peace and serenity.

The roads were empty, and very easy to get around.

Beautiful pictures Tracy - looks like you had a lovely time I love the first one with all the flowers and the dark sky its beautiful. What sort of camera have you got cos your pictures are very clear?

Thanks all. The first pic is of Hotel de Ville in Caen.

Foxy camera is Olympus Digital, not an expensive one.

Lovely pictures especially the first one. The American cemetery is very much like the one in Cambridge. Glad you had a great time.

I've got an Olympus camera but it never took pictures like that
