Is your dog a poo roller?

I'm getting a bit fed up of bathing Tilly after nearly every walk because is obsessed with rolling in crap. Because she is small she can cake her whole body in it in seconds. At least with larger dogs, it is usually just the neck that gets caked.

Is your dog a poo roller or are you one of the lucky ones?

All three of my dogs do it, but Tilly is by far the worst.

I'm one of the lucky ones, I've never had a dog that's rolled in poo, thankfully.

Wow, VERY lucky with 6 of them!

I remember walking through a treated farmers field (ground treated with manure) not realizing fast enough, only to end up with all three of them caked from head to toe in manure. That was nice.

Come to think of it none of the other dogs did it either. Lou got it on him by accident when he was playing once, got in a right state, he was it off on grass, in the burn, back to the grass, not a spot left on him when he was done. obviously he got a wash anyway when we got home, but there really wasnt any there.

Omg I'm even luckier than I thought and it's not just the current mob who haven't done it either, no previous dog has ever even been tempted. I don't envy you

Ahh, I was dealt a poor hand ending up with three of them then. One of whom actively seeks it out...

I always know from a distance when the ball on a rope has landed in something undesirable because they all charge up to it and then stop and stare and then walk away looking disgusted. I then have to retrieve it and bag it till we get home and it can be cleaned up. It's a good job I carry 3 of them.
