Daily Thread Thursday 3rd August

Good morning everyone where are you all

Nippy so pleased you have heard from June and hope to see her back here soon.

You take it easy Mandy and do as suggested and sit when ironing.

Very windy here today so the washing should soon dry. Nothing planned.

Hope everyone is keeping well

Have a good day and stay safe.

Hi Sue and those who follow - or beat me to it!
Have a good day - that's an instruction, not a request!
Windy here too but we haven't yet had the monsoon deluge threatened.

Max has had his 07:00 walk. Just an hour. Two more to follow. Not a lot planned for today. The missus has gone shopping with a neighbour shopping trolley in hand. If it's more than she can carry it's already too much!!

Morning all, wet and windy here. Well it has been wet but still windy and looks like it will be wet very soon. Have been out with Tyto and then filled in a form for loss of parcel. Sad that it has gone missing as it was a present for my daughter in USA. Send some beans here please ours are dismal. On the other hand the parsnips are fabulous. Have a good day peeps and hopefully stay dry.

Hello all
Went out this morning, went to SW, put 2lb on but not too worried, more annoyed really, need to knuckle down and get it back off!!
Lauryn is a bit under the weather but has agreed to work, so I've made her take a couple of tablets & go to bed for a couple of hours. Been a bit bossy lol
Oh no Brenda, hope the parcel is found
Tweed & Sue, I love green beans, my mum & step-dad used to grow them and bring me some
Griff hope your mum enjoys her lunch, I'm sure your brothers card arrived. My brother never tells me if he gets his either.
Besoeker I'm sure will enjoy whatever has been bought though hope all Max walks are dry ones
Be back later

Mandy, i would think that beings as you are a little less mobile off work etc a gain would be expected and it is only a teeny tiny gain so well done
Took mum her lunch, went and said hi to her workmates, then had to go and buy some flowers for my mate...her dad died and me true to form not knowing...asked how her parents were!! wet and windy here and got a bit damp but not soaked through so that's fine
