For the cat who is at a different vet to the dog because she can't stand car travel it was £23 last time I had to take her. Don't know about the dog's vet because he's only been to see them for the snip so far - and a couple of post-snip checks (because his nadgers weren't deflating how they normally do apparently - now chalked down to him just being one of those exceptions to the rule and still having squidgy ones) by the nurse which were free.

Would swap the cat to the same vet as the dog but she vomits, poos, wees and wails in the car so it's less traumatic to keep her as local as poss.

Just looking at my latest receipts, a first consultation appears to be £33.21 and then I have differing figures for follow ups, one says roughly £27, the other only £13.

I know my vets is expensive but they are good and are actually a hospital so have added bonuses.

Think it is about £26 for the first and £19 for second etc... but that is for dogs, they charge less for the rabbits and guinea pigs and actually charge nothing for consult if it means an operation.... well that is for me, I do have alot of animals!!

Mine was £42 and then no further charges for further consultations for same illness but now they have changed it £26 and £26 for each visit for the same illness thereafter and you can gaurentee they want them back for a second look the next week so in effect more expensive...What about out of hours our vet charges £148 after 7pm.....
