White Stafford with black spots will they go?

Hi I Have A White Staff With A Black Patch On Eye And Is So Cute But He Has Black Spots That Have Come Up All Over His Body Which Are On The Skin Not On The Fur Does Anyone Know If They Will Go Or Are They There To Stay He Is 13 Mths Old They Only Started To Appear 4 Months Ago If Anyone Knows Why This Is Please Let Me Know..

i think they could be something to do with pigmentation,my friends white staffy is beginning to look like a little dalmationvery cute

its ticking and im sorry to say that it is there for good
they look darker when the coat is wet and in the winter you may not see them so much
