John Lewis Advert

Has anyone seen the John Lewis advert yet? I watched it online as it seems to have been causing a stir.

I am not keen on the song choice, but like the rest. The dog is funny

I thought it was amusing. My dogs love jumping on trampolines so I could relate to that

Oh dear there is a lot of negativity coming out about this now. Saying it has spoiled Christmas for the children because it's the elves that put toys together and not Daddies
Also that everyone next year will be after Boxer dogs that will end up in rescues.
It's an advert for goodness sake!

Well anyone with half a brain can keep the illusion of Santa going, obviously he can't make and deliver all the pressies that kids today receive so he brings a few special ones and the rest are from family, Doh have parents of today got no imagination?

Reading all the negative comments regarding this advert - whether it be Christmas has been ruined for children because they now know there isn't Father Christmas (really?!) or the pro-hunting lot shouting about vermin, all I really want is for Michael Winner to pop up in the corner and say "Calm Down Dear, it's only a commercial"!!

Actually, I do like the music. But not enthusiastic about the ad itself.

It's the first time I've seen the ad and actually liked it.

The one I like best though is the Aldi ad with the carrot! I think it's brilliant!

I love the ad. It's fun

Everything on TV (or in life for that matter) can be complained about if we think long enough and hard enough about it. Me? I'll stick to the fun
