I think I watch it for the sake of watching it. Did someone mention strictly?

But there'll be no Vincent and no Flavia, and no Erin! What is the world coming to?

I do use iplayer to catch anything I've missed - though as I've got SkyPlus I can normally record anything I want - but for anything longer than say a half hour programme I think I'd get quite uncomfortable sitting at the computer. I like the luxury of my settee in front on the telly!

Though saving money sounds attractive, I must say!

I love radio 4 and extra too! I cant get anything done with the tv on, but find a good play or a comedy on the radio and the time flies by.

Listen to the radio in the car, never in the house.Spend most of my time in the kitchen,t.v doesn't normally go on till about 9pm,I'll sit down, relax and watch a movie.Have Netflex on my iPad but have to say I like the wider screen.Living room telly is watched by OH and two daughters, sky, play station and wii is also in there, its great if the girls have friends over and they can play games for a while when all is said and done i think there's nothing better than a good book!!

You need a TV license to watch programmes on your computer, tablet etc. Sad but true, was an article about it in the paper this weekend.

Hi JD, this only applies if you are watching it live, as it as being transmitted, not at a later time on bbc iplayer, itv player etc.

Don't know if people still do this but I remember as a child we had a rented t.v.It had a money slot in the back and that's how you paid your rental. No money,t.v remained off
