i eat meat too,, mostly white meat, but i do eat red meat too,, it helps with me iron levels

dont think i could not eat meat, i enjoy it too much

Used to be a veggie but the lure of bacon butties was too much for such a weak character!!!!
We eat organic, free range meat and fish and try to have 2 veggie meals a week.
