"Daredevil" and "Elektra"

Two for the price of one, this time

I picked these up from the rummage shelf of our local Somerfield Where they were priced at £5.99 each, less 50% special offer. Afterwards, I discovered that I'd been charged only £1.49 each, but I doubt that they are even worth that! Unless you're a dedicated fan of Jennifer Garner (who, let's face it, is not hard to look at )

These films are screen adaptations of Marvel comics, and it shows. Don't go looking for deep meaning here. As martial arts flicks, they are minor league (relax, Jet Li). I fear I will have to watch both again, so that I may be able to work out what's happening, and who is doing what to whom.

They do perform one superb function, though! They make Arnold Schwarzenegger look like an actor.
