Billy, Staffie, DOB 05.08

Billy, Staffie, DOB 05.08

Homing Requirements: Billy needs a stable family who can offer him a fun life and vice versa. He has good dog skills. He hasn't lived with children, but has all the right credentials. Billy needs a 5 - 6 foot fenced secure garden and an exit management regime as he got into the habit of going on 'walkabouts' in his last home.

His Story: Billy was owned by a lady in her mid seventies from a puppy. He grew up with a terrier companion. He is very submissive by nature and acts as though he has grown up being told off by his canine companion and perhaps his owner also. Very soft centred Staffie. Now neutered, chipped and being vax'd.

Advert: Billy is what we call a 'Chunky Monkey' - a classic pedigree Staffie and has the most beautiful of temperaments. Billy gets along with everyone and is a cheerful chappie and we would love to see him be a 'cheeky chappie' as you get the feeling he hasn't had too many laughs. Billy got into the habit of jumping over a 4 ' fence and when returned to his owner she didn't want to know. "Oh he's always getting out"! Well maybe, just maybe, there wasn't much happening for him to keep him at home.

Billy is now in kennels and his first week has been about prep. for rehoming so he is now neutered and chipped ... just vax to go. He will be wormed and flea treated, but he is in good health..his coat shines. So Billy has come to us and we are delighting in him ... and we know his new owners, when they appear, will delight in him also!

If you are interested in re-homing please complete our homing questionnaire https://rescueremedies.wufoo.com/forms/r7x3s5/ so we can ensure our dogs are matched and will suit your circumstances/lifestyle.

"Please note Billy is currently in boarding kennels and is also available for foster until a 'forever' home is found".

***PLEASE NOTE: We are a rescue finding dogs their forever homes. We usually ask for a minimum donation of £150 at the time of adoption, for each dog, to help us continue helping homeless dogs***.
