Anyone have an email address to email a complaint to O2

Having tried 3 different telephone numbers to be told each time they cant help (including 1 supervisor - who suggested I complete the online contact form) I am going to EXPLODE!!!

The Online form only gives you a set number of characters though helpfully doesn't tell you how many?????

And I can't find an email address

Can anyone please help

Thanks

Yeah it was them who told me to complete Bl**dy online contact form.

Temper is running very short here VERY short. Ordered and paid for new phone (money taken) that was reduced and they have no record of order and now none of the phones left so I need to send them proof they took the money and they will refund BUT still I have no phone.

That is my next option this afternoon - best calm down a we bit before then as the poor person in the shop (who's fault it isn't) will get it all....

also emailed customerservices@o2.co.uk (thought it was worth a try!!)

Contact your bank to have the money returned [ they will take it back from O2 ].

O2 will then miraculously find everything at their end when they try to moan at you for non-payment, at which point you can point out that they messed up, [ and you can use smuggest disgruntled customer voice which will make you feel better anyway ], then either re-order or perhaps use the money to get another phone direct from a shop - most of them are trying to out-do each other on prices now so you should be able to get a good deal that way
