I agree with you - everyone getting a dog from puppy should do the hipscoring. We took Bruno on as a rescue about 1 1/2 yrs ago so didnt have his history - but I am astounded that this can go on for so long without noticing. i am so glad we got it checked now. I am sure Bruno will be fine - as I said in my note - he is a really tough - always bouncing off things so I have every faith in the fact that he is a hardy wee thing and doesnt get himself vothered by pain - so that sets him in good stead straightaway.

No matter - we love him to bits anyway and at least now we can keep an eye on it.
