Naturediet is a complete food intended to be fed alone. However, many people mix it with dry complete. Some say you shouldn't mix different complete foods in the same meal but I personally don't see any harm in it.

I totally agree. I used to feed nature diet with my dogs complete food. Be sure to adjust portion sizes if you're going to mix in wet food.

I used to feed it together with a dry food but was told that I shouldn't do that as they digest differently and my dogs wouldn't get the benefit. I now give mine dry in the morning and nature diet at night.

As I understand it, raw and complete should not be fed in the same meal due to different digestion rates but I don't see why wet and dry complete would be digested at different rates?

i feel sorry for them to eat dry kibble on its own so i add a spoon of naturediet or rinti and warm water.
they thrive on this.

Try soaking the dry in hot water first 'til it all swells up and goes soft and then mix in the meat. This is what I have to do for my wee Dasch or she won't touch the dry!

I feed Naturediet alone and use dry complete food as treats between meals or for training.
