Yee-haw! I have engaged a new solicitor in my dispute with Mrs.S, and - what a difference! She got Mrs. S sussed in seconds (from a document supplied by her solicitor), so I am a lot more hopeful now. New solicitor thought (as I did) that the old one was pursuing the case she wanted to pursue, not the one that I wanted!

Wishing you all the best n am glad you've found a new solicitor that is helping. Can't stand 'wrong doing' of any sort, underhandness?(sorry no such word but hope know what mean). Had a very dear friend that lived in remote area,Scotland, n although wasn't near helped for them to stay in their home n they found help n advice didn't realise was there(not saying you don't at all).Take care n hope you n Thorgier are well .
