Lawyer is a she, and I inherited too much from my recently-deceased mother to qualify for legal aid. Mrs.S gets it, though.........

I was thinking the same thing.

Snorri it sounds a lot, but is about par for the course, I recently paid £165 to have a will done, they only had to change the name of the beneficiary from my Dad to my OH and everything else remained the same.

One tip I would pass on is that you must keep on top of them, because sometimes if there are delays it still means that the solicitor has to get out the file and look at it and that is 'work' in their game

We don't always agree about everything but I still think you have had a rough ride with Mrs. S and should get justice at the end of the day, here's hoping it won't be too long in comming.
