your help needed

ok have just taken away my neighbours dogs collar and lead.....reason being it was the biggest thickest choke chain i have ever seen......... the dog was having a bath in the garden and screaming its head off......inca gets on step ladder to investigate the dog was being chocked and then man was trying to free it.............ok here's where i need your help as good dog people dose anyone have an old unwanted collar and lead i can give them ? its quite a big dog a lab X .....they had no idea it was a choke !!!!!!!!!!!

I have decided to try and educate them rather than ignore the situation..its not a bad dog just needs owners who know how to handle him

I am guilty of sticking my head in the sand sometimes ! my neighbours are a pain BUT the dog is loved .

What bad timing as we just gave some really expensive collars and leads of Dibley's into the charity shop yesterday how annoying. I hope you find something Inca.

deefin has come to the rescue ...... my ambition for the next few weeks to get him on a proper lead and good food .........( have given them half a sack of burns )
