Hmm I don't really know but it might be better getting the doctor to take a look at it Perhaps he has broken it or just very badly bruised it. I remember having a fight with my sister when I was a teenager and she bent my finger back and that went blue and swelled up but it wasn't broken (she had to take me to casualty at the hospital for an x-ray ) just very badly bruised so they put a splint on it if I remember rightly

Hope your boyfriends toe is better soon

What is stoppy?

thanks
stoppy is when you drive a bike and then brake with only front brake. you have to do it suddenly and strong, yet use as much feeling as you can.... sometimes you fall

It may ease your mind a bit if you go back to the doctor for another check.
I think that if a toe is broken, all they do is tape it to the next one to keep it straight, but if it needs putting back into a straight position you need a doctor.
best wishes

I think if the toe has gone blue another trip up the hospital is needed im afraid if its is blue there may not be any blood getting to it, best to be safe than sorry!
