Morning Dogsey Daily; Sunday

Happy june, or as we used to say, white rabbits and blue bells..

Dricht and drab and somehow cosy here...no need to water anything..

The dogs have had a raw chicken leg each and are happy...cats have been fed and are happy...even i have had some toast,,always last!

Caught up on sleep last night....yawn... this is what i get for socialising!

Sorry the cough is still giving you trouble.
Very sunny and warm here this morning Dillon is on the first leg of his breakfast his chicken wing, lamb and tripe to follow then we will be setting off on our walk earlier today before it gets too hot for him.
I will pop the pork leg in to roast before we go for our walk this morning and hope it is cooked before we pop out later.

Bev I hope you are home and that it wasn't dvt in the end.
Helena hoping the hand is still coming along in the right direction.
Everyone else with coughs and colds and aches and pains feel well soon.

oh yummy...roast pig! are the carrier pigeons still available?

i got bacon out of the freezer. nb what we in the uk call bacon is rashers here...bacon means a joint. learned that my first week here when i unwrapped my bacon expecting....bacon....to find a lump...

not sure what will eat yet

dratted bug will hang on now. with the m.e there are immune system issues ; dosed myself up and will just hang on in there now. wrist is radiating heat wildly...

a lot of knitting to sew up and the cabled tea cosy is starting to look good

off to make a christening card for a wee one in the us, after a nice cooling potter outside to let collie have her wriggle and roll in the long wet grass...this is how she keeps clean; wonder if it would work for me!

Morning all

All these roast lunches going on today, and it's a roast here too but we've got l*mb (that one's for jen cos it's a banned word on here ).

Dave's taken zena up and down the cliffs, she couldn't wait to get in her pool when they got back it really is hot down here today.

He's prepped the lunch and is now cleaning the car he wants to sell, so I've given him the rest of the morning off.

Later on, we're off up to the van to sort it all out as they will have left the small van, and been there since October, so needs a good sort out by me before I let the cleaners get to grips with it tomorrow, when we go off to the hospital.

Enjoy a lovely walk Lynn, Hope you're home Bev, and don't wear yourelf out cooking for the 5000 there Jen. Rose enjoy your bacon joint hope you have 2 hands back today.

Beautiful here as well. Girls all dozing under their umbrella, lanterns with citronella candles dotted about. Keshi going to training with me later on.
Didn't get to sleep till late last night, read for a while and my eyes were going, switched the lamp off but just couldn't get off.
