Windows XP Professional.

As most of you know I knackered my computer a few weeks ago by putting the recovery disc in and then pressing the wrong button which wrecked it completely Well anyway its been mended now by a mate of a mate who o/h works with. The only thing is he has set it up again with Windows Professional XP instead of Windows Home Edition and I just wondered what the difference is between the two and will it cause any problems. My 14 yr old son has got it in his room and will be using it for the internet and Pc games etc.

I have XP home on my desktop and XP Pro on my laptop, to be honest I can't see a lot of difference, but I only use the same programs on both machines so to me they both work exactly the same.
