Thanks, me too lol. He is looking better tonight, not great but better. He also got a new, smaller, buster collar which is so much better for him

He is glad to be back at home now. He was really lively at first but has since gone a bit sleepy... He has nearly fell over a few times. They took all the stitches out, put a drain in and stitched up the wound again. He no longer has the stitches holding the skin to his side so will try to get a pic later and that will maybe make it more clear where actually got cut.
Glad he is home and I bet her is getting spoilt
Another hug for Jake and you xxxx

Thanks guys. He seems ok today... He hates the bustar collar, but is putting up with it now. He doesnt seem in pain, but its difficult to know... Im sure the metacam will be helping most of it though. I found out that the infection started coz they hadnt let his wound drain properly! The first 3 or 4 days after it was first stitched, it was weeping a lot. But there was a bit at the bottom which had nowhere to go. It was like a wee bulge, but the vet nurse told me it was just swelling so I thought nothing of it. So the build up of fluid, is what caused the infection! So that is why he had to get the drain in... His wound is looking good though, and I hope he heals really fast now. Will try and get pics up of his wound now, later when I can borrow my mums mobile.
