Irish Wolfhounds

Hope you like these. I've been given permission to share them. I'm sure you'll agree they are fantastic pics and really (not sure about the last) capture the breed.

Thanks to Illona (Flickr)

Awww I love em!
It may sound daft, considering their size, but their faces are very terrier-ish. Esp the 3rd and 6th pic in this case.

Wow! Fantastic pictures!

Better not show my OH - Wolfhounds are on his wish list since Crufts (along with Newfies, Bernese, Ridgebacks...)

No secret mate - But it's not going to happen till Skye & Fingal are 'gone'.

Karen will tell you - I agreed to her getting the puppy Breagh (third dog) as Skye and Fingal are both 8 years old now.

Ideally we wan't to keep two dogs but thought getting Breagh just now would mean despite having 3 for a period allow us to (after Skye and Fingal) have two of different ages.

The agreement was if Breagh comes now then (as nature takes its course) providing our circumstances allow - I can start to dream about a wolfhound 'having me'
